2026 ISISA student travel grant applications are due by

Feature Description
Eligibility Students can present results of their undergraduate or graduate research at 20th Islands of the World Conference. At the time of request for a Student Travel Grant, an applicant must be currently enrolled as a student in a college or university in a degree-seeking program at either an undergraduate, Master’s or Ph.D. level, or equivalent for foreign students.

Requirement Applicants are required to complete the conference registration and payment.
Application Process
Step Description
1. Submit an Abstract
You must first submit an abstract and be selected to present at the Conference.
 >>  When submitting your abstract online, please make sure to check the box indicating whether you wish to apply for the Student Travel Grants”.
2. Review & Selection
If your abstract is accepted, you will be required to deliver both an oral presentation and a poster presentation, which will be reviewed by the 2026 ISISA Organizing Committee.
>>Your abstract  acceptance notification will be announced in February 2026.
>> Poster presentation guidelines will be provided individually to selected applicants by the Secretariat at a later stage.
3. Award Notification
The final awardees will be announced during the closing ceremony.
