2) To be eligible, students must be currently enrolled in a tertiary institution at the time of registration and submit a copy of their student ID or an enrollment certificate issued within the last 3 months.
3) Accompanying persons are restricted to family members only.

    Make your registration fee payment online.
    (Credit Card or Bank Transfer)
  • Step 4.
    Check your email for payment confirmation. You can view your registration status on My page whenever you needed.
Please note:
Registration fees are non‑refundable after the registration deadline under any circumstances, including visa denial. If you need a visa to enter Korea, we strongly recommend applying well in advance.

The 2026 ISISA Secretariat can provide the following documents to assist your visa application:
  • Official invitation letter
  • Proof of registration / registration confirmation
  • Certificate of Business Registration of 2026 ISISA Organizing Committee
  • Introduction of the Event
  • Guarantee Letter is Not Provided.

All bank and card service charges are the responsibility of the registrant and must be included in the total payment.
If bank or card fees are not covered, any shortfall must be settled on-site.
Bank Transfer (For Overseas)
Please make a direct bank transfer to the account below. After completing the transfer, email the copy of remittance statement (including the registrant’s full name) to the Secretariat at (registration@2026isisa.kr).
Bank transfer charges must be paid by the sender and included in the total amount transferred; if transfer charges are not included, the outstanding amount must be paid on-site.

The Confirmation Letter will be sent within five (5) working days after full payment is received. If you do not receive it within that time, please contact the Secretariat at registration@2026isisa.kr.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund Until 06 June (Sat), 11:59 PM, 2026 KST
No Refund After 07 June (Sun), 00:00 AM, 2026 KST
Q: How do I cancel my registration?
A: All cancellations must be submitted in writing and emailed to registration@2026isisa.kr.
Q: Can I get a refund after the regular registration period?
A: No. Refunds are not available after the regular registration period has ended.
Q: When will refunds be issued?
A: Any applicable refunds will be issued within two months after 2026 ISISA. All bank service charges and administrative fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
